By plane

The airport of Graz is connected via the hubs Vienna, Munich and Frankfurt by Lufthansa and partner airlines. Budget travelers might consider Ryanair or AirBerlin, which offer connections from London Stansted or Berlin respectively.
On Wednesday, November 28, there are incoming flights from Munich (12:35) and Vienna (10:15) that allow you to arrive at the conference venue in time.
Taxis from the airport to the center of Graz are about 15-20€ and take roughly 20 minutes. Alternatively, buses connect the airport with the main station (Graz Hauptbahnhof) and the Jakomini Platz.

Another option for budget travelers is to fly to Vienna and to take the train to Graz afterwards (plan 3h for that). Trains between Graz and Vienna operate on an hourly basis. Timetables can be found here.

From there it is a very short walk to the conference hotel and conference venue. Ticket prices: 1h for 1,90€, 24h for 4,20€. Alternatively, Taxis offer their services at the main station as well.
